Due to the nature of nutritional and consumable products, we currently follow a **no return and no refund policy** after an order has been successfully delivered.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

## 1. No Returns
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns of delivered products for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Change in personal preference
- Dislike of flavour or taste
- Ordering the wrong product or flavour
- Personal expectations regarding results
- No longer requiring the product
For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept products back once they have been delivered.

- A description of the issue
- An unboxing video, where available
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Where a genuine issue is confirmed, we may provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

## 4. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information at the time of placing an order.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from:

- Refusal to accept the delivery
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped.
